Network Outage Update – Tiger Tower & Water Tower

Following a further assessment, we have determined that the Tiger Tower has sustained extensive damage. Unfortunately, the cost of repairing the tower to its previous condition would be too high.
We are therefore considering decommissioning the Tiger Tower and arranging to realign all affected clients to alternative nearby towers.
Our technical team is busy planning and coordinating the realignments. Technicians will contact and assist affected clients as soon as possible to restore their connectivity.

The Water Tower is now back online, and services have been restored.
Unfortunately, upon inspection, we discovered that the Tiger Tower has sustained more damage than initially expected due to the weather conditions.
Our technical team is currently assessing the situation and working on a solution to restore connectivity as soon as possible.

Please be advised that the Tiger Tower and Water Tower are currently offline due to adverse weather conditions.
Our technical team will only be able to inspect the towers tomorrow morning once weather conditions allow safe access.
