    Service Restored – Clarens Network

    The fibre cable break between Bethlehem and Clarens has been successfully repaired by Openserve technicians.

    Clarens is now back online, and Internet services have been restored.

    We apologise for the disruption and thank all affected clients for their patience and understanding.

    Please be advised that a fibre cable break has occurred between Bethlehem and Clarens, resulting in a complete loss of Internet connectivity throughout Clarens.

    All clients in Clarens are currently affected and have no Internet access.


    Openserve has been notified, and their technical team is already on-site / busy with repairs to restore connectivity as soon as possible.
